📅 Your schedule:
We operate on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM. To ensure we’re there for our customers, you’ll also work one Saturday every four weeks (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM). When you work a Saturday, you’ll receive a dedicated weekday off in return.


💼 The role:
As an Onboarding Specialist, you are the vital link between our high-energy sales teams and our new customers and ensure their journey starts on the right foot.

In this role, you will take ownership of sales verifications to ensure total accuracy, before stepping in as a dedicated guide to lead customers through their onboarding journey.

🎯 What We Look For in You:
You don't need to be an energy expert yet -  we’ll teach you that! 

You'll ideally bring 12+ months of experience as a customer service driver in fast-paced environments and demonstrate:

  • The ability to multitask across various systems while assisting customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine customer-first approach.
  • A knack for building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A self-motivated attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
