📅 Your schedule:
We operate on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM. To ensure we’re there for our customers, you’ll also work one Saturday every four weeks (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM). When you work a Saturday, you’ll receive a dedicated weekday off in return.
💼 The role:
As an Onboarding Specialist, you are the vital link between our high-energy sales teams and our new customers and ensure their journey starts on the right foot.
In this role, you will take ownership of sales verifications to ensure total accuracy, before stepping in as a dedicated guide to lead customers through their onboarding journey.

You'll ideally bring 12+ months of experience as a customer service driver in fast-paced environments and demonstrate:
