Our team manages the day-to-day operations of over 23,000 residential dwelling units across approximately 400 multi-family buildings throughout the New York Tri-state area. The C+C portfolio contains market rate, mixed market rate, affordable and full tax credit/affordable properties.

C+C offers a full breadth of management services to improve and enhance a property’s revenue, cost control measures, maintenance, financial reporting, and resident relations.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Primary point of customer service for all security related issues with residents
- Responds to all major / minor incidents
- Performs vertical and perimeter patrols
- Monitors all cameras on site.
- Monitors contracted security officer’s performance
- Supervises / work with contracted security officer
- Documents all incidents on security reports
- Sign off on contracted security officers’ reports
- Distributes letters and flyers to residents
- Assists with eviction
- Conducts building inspection and report all violations
- Gathers intelligence for S/D, ASM and local law enforcement
- Assists PD / FD / EMS
- Accounts for all security equipment
- Responds to court for testimony
- Makes proper notification to SD / ASD of all matter of importance
- Monitor and carry department radio
- Maintains security booth and all logs
- Conducts parking lot inspection
- Controls vehicle traffic onto property / record all visitors in logbook
Minimum Experience Required:
- 3 years’ experience in maintenance and/or construction is ideal
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Some knowledge of CCTV
