<p>Our <strong>international client</strong>, a leading IT services provider in Europe, is looking for an experienced <strong>IBMi AS/400 System Engineer</strong> to support their growing infrastructure team. <p>✔️ <strong>Configuration, administration, monitoring, and maintenance</strong> of IBMi systems.</p>
<p>✔️ <strong>Automation</strong> of workflows to optimize system performance.</p>
<p>✔️ <strong>Documentation</strong> of system configurations and environments.</p>
<p>✔️ <strong>Design, implementation, and administration</strong> of new infrastructure components.</p>
<p>✔️ <strong>Rollouts and migrations</strong>, ensuring seamless system transitions.</p>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>✔️ Proven experience in <strong>managing and configuring IBMi and AIX systems</strong>.</p>
<p>✔️ Knowledge of <strong>storage landscapes</strong> (HP 3PAR, IBM V7000 is a plus).</p>
<p>✔️ Experience with <strong>Unix/Linux distributions and shell scripting</strong>.</p>
<p>✔️ <strong>Analytical thinking and a structured, independent work approach</strong>.</p>
<p>✔️ <strong>High customer orientation and strong service mindset</strong>.</p>
<p>✔️ <strong>Fluent English (written and spoken)</strong>, German is an advantage.</p>
