Regulatory & Quality Assurance Specialist (ISO / SEMI)

With a multidisciplinary team, and a flagship product, the company&nbsp;is revolutionizing semiconductor metrology with the highest lateral resolution and fastest measurement technique for in-line factory measurements.</p><p>They are&nbsp;looking for a <strong>Regulatory &amp; Quality Assurance Specialist (ISO / SEMI)&nbsp;</strong>to join their growing Operations department<span> to maintain and improve their management systems and ensure successful ISO and SEMI certifications. You will coordinate audits, manage compliance documentation, lead CAPA activities, and work cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across operations.</span></p><p>The position could be based at its offices in <strong><em>Madrid </em></strong>or<strong> <em>San Cristóbal de la Laguna</em></strong>, <strong><em>Tenerife</em></strong>.<br></p><h3><strong>🚀&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li><p><span>Lead ISO (9001/14001/45001) and SEMI certification/recertification activities: planning, evidence collection, and closure of findings.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Coordinate internal and external audits (certification, customer, supplier), ensuring readiness and timely follow-up.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Own documentation control: procedures, records, change control, and retention aligned with compliance requirements.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Manage nonconformities and CAPA (root cause analysis, action plans, effectiveness checks).</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Support implementation and continuous improvement of management systems (process mapping, KPI monitoring, management reviews).</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Deliver training and awareness sessions on standards, compliance, and best practices.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Being responsible for the PPE (personal protective equipments) and leading the safety at Customer.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Ensure alignment with applicable regulatory/customer requirements (including CE Marking where applicable).</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Report key quality/compliance metrics and risks to Operations leadership.</span></p></li></ul><h3><strong>🎯&nbsp;Essential Requirements:</strong></h3><ul><li><p><span style="">Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/engineering field (or equivalent experience).</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="">5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Systems / EHS in an industrial environment.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="">Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and practical experience supporting audits.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="">Hands-on experience with CAPA, nonconformities, and documentation control.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Fluent in English and Spanish.</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Residence in Madrid or Tenerife.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>🔝&nbsp;Nice to have:</strong></h3><ul><li><p><span>Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and/or ISO 45001:2018.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Familiarity with SEMI Standards.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Experience with CE Marking processes and relevant EU regulatory frameworks.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Internal auditor certification (ISO 9001/14001/45001) and/or quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC).</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Had previous experience in a semiconductor environment to be able to detect the safety procedures and mistakes.</span></p></li></ul><h3><strong>✨&nbsp;What they offer:</strong></h3><p>✔️ They are a fast-growing scale-up with a startup spirit, where collaboration, innovation, and professional growth are part of our everyday culture.
