Realty Income is looking for a Power BI & Snowflake Data Developer who will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade analytics solutions using Power BI on top of a Snowflake data platform. This role will translate business requirements into performant data models, reusable datasets, and intuitive reports/dashboards that drive decision-making.

What you will be working on:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards using best-practice data modeling (Star/Snowflake schema).
• Write efficient SQL in Snowflake to build views, transformations, and curated data sets for reporting and self-service.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Implement row-level security, workspace governance, and deployment practices in Power BI Service.
• Monitor report and query performance, troubleshoot issues, and tune models/SQL as needed.
• Document data definitions, measures, and report logic to support adoption and self-service analytics.

What you need to be successful:

• BS/BA or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• We expect at least 1 year of professional experience developing analytics solutions using Power BI
• We expect at least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Snowflake
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience unit testing (test classes) and validating change sets

For San Diego applicants, this is a hybrid position based in our San Diego (Del Mar Heights) headquarters. Monday through Thursday are in-office for collaboration, with the opportunity to work remote on Friday. For candidates outside San Diego this is a remote position.

The pay range for this role is $99,943 - $121,670 - $144,962.

You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award, to be discussed during the interview process. An annual pay rate and total compensation package is generally determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, education, skills, performance, and abilities, as well as internal equity, company performance, and alignment with market data.
