You’ll partner deeply with the client product team, design, engineering, and data science to create consumer experiences that make finding a home and the right professional feel trustworthy, intuitive, and unique to <a href="https://www.realtor.com/">Realtor.com®</a> .</p> <p>If you’re driven by big product challenges, inspired by the idea of reimagining the way that homes and real estate professionals are presented to consumers, and energized by turning high-growth business opportunities into seamless consumer products—we’d love to meet you.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Product Strategy &amp; Execution:</strong> Define and drive the consumer product strategy for Spotlight Listings and the Agent Directory, ensuring alignment with company goals and high-growth revenue objectives.</li> <li><strong>Feature Innovation:</strong> Lead the development of new features to enhance the consumer experience on listing pages, helping to make promoted properties and agents stand out to high-intent buyers.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with client product, design, engineering, data science, and sales teams to align on roadmaps and ensure the successful execution of monetization-focused features.</li> <li><strong>Consumer Insights &amp; Data-Driven Decisions:</strong> Use consumer feedback and marketplace data to shape product strategies and drive thoughtful experimentation to meet the needs of buyers and agents alike.</li> <li><strong>Product Lifecycle Management:</strong> Oversee the full lifecycle of Spotlight Listings and Agent Directory features from ideation to launch, ensuring they hit performance benchmarks for our new revenue streams.</li> <li><strong>Market Analysis:</strong> Stay informed on competitive trends in the real estate marketplace to ensure our Agent Directory and Spotlight products remain best-in-class.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Management &amp; Communication:</strong> Regularly communicate with leadership and key business stakeholders, providing updates on growth metrics and securing support for roadmap initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Performance Metrics &amp; KPIs:</strong> Define, track, and analyze KPIs—specifically those tied to conversion, engagement, and revenue—to guide continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>How We Work:</strong></p> <p>We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>8+ years of experience in product management</strong>, with a proven track record of shipping consumer-facing features.
