About the Role: We’re seeking a passionate Social Media & Community Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our online presence, building our communities and driving engagement cross-channels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and nurture strong connections with our player community.
  • Create and execute engagement strategies across Facebook, Instagram, X, Youtube, Tiktok & Reddit.
  • Craft a professional, engaging and brand-aligned voice for all our social interactions. 
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote in-game content and marketing campaigns. 
  • Serve as the bridge between our players and the company, addressing inquiries and escalating issues when necessary.  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Native-level English speaker with impeccable communication skills.
  • Social media savvy with hands-on experience in community management and content creation.
  • Organized, adaptable and able to multi-task multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Passion for gaming → experience in gaming is a plus 😊.
  • Experience in cultivating and managing online communities.
