RealPlay LTD is a fast-growing and innovative startup in the Gaming industry, specializing in managing online social casino games for the US market. We’re looking for a business-oriented BI Analyst who thrives on turning complex datasets into smart, visual, and actionable insights. You’ll work closely with Product, Monetization, UA, and Leadership to build high-impact dashboards in Looker and deliver clarity around player behavior, performance, and growth opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex datasets that represent gameplay, retention, monetization, and user journeys
- Build and maintain high-quality Looker dashboards that are visual, insightful, and easy to use across the organization
- Own and define key product and business KPIs
- Translate business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities that enhance gameplay, improve retention, and increase monetization
- Monitor performance trends, detect anomalies, and proactively surface risks/opportunities
- Support and design measurements and flows (success metrics, analysis methodology, results storytelling)
- Improve internal data literacy by enabling stakeholders to self-serve insights confidently
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a BI Analyst / Data Analyst / Product Analyst
- Strong SQL skills with a proven track record working with large and complex datasets
- Looker experience is a must — including building dashboards that are clear, interactive, and scalable
- Strong business mindset: ability to connect data to product decisions and business impact
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail (numbers need to be trusted)
- Strong communication skills — able to simplify complex topics into clear, actionable takeaways
- Curiosity and passion for understanding user behavior and player motivations
Nice to Have
- Experience with LookML modeling and metric standardization
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and statistical thinking
- Experience with gaming, consumer apps, subscriptions, or IAP monetization models
- Experience working with product funnels, cohorts, segmentation, and lifecycle analysis
- Experience with Python/R for deeper analysis (not required)
