Responsibilities:

  • Check supply levels in storage closets. Complete requisition for additional supplies needed and submit to the manager.
  •  Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, carts, and caddies.
  •  Clean assigned areas using designated checklists. Ensure that the cleanliness and condition of each area meet established standards.
  •  Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to the Community Association Manager.
  •  Monitor and handle residents’ complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring satisfaction.
  •  Respond to all radio/cell calls promptly.
  •  Document pertinent information in the department logbook.
  •  Complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving, and check with the manager prior to leaving.

Qualifications


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Qualifications:

  •  Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements, and use of equipment
  •  Knowledge of proper chemical handling
  •  Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
  •  Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  •  Ability to be professional in appearance and presentation
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  •  Ability to perform duties with limited supervision
  •  Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet deadlines

Pay and Benefits:

$15.00/hour to $20.00/hour, depending on education and experience.
