Position Summary
The Ranch Attendant supports the daily operations of the Ranch House and community amenities at Tesoro Viejo. This position assists residents and guests, supports community events, and programs, and helps ensure amenities are clean, safe, and welcoming.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Open, monitor, and close the Ranch House and associated amenities
Greet and assist residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner
Support community events and activities, including setup and breakdown
Maintain cleanliness and organization of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces
Assist with light operational and facility-related tasks as needed
Enforce community rules and policies in a courteous and consistent manner
Communicate issues or maintenance needs to management staff
QualificationsQualifications
Customer service or facilities/amenities experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to perform light physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting event supplies)
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Work Environment
This role requires working both indoors and outdoors and involves regular interaction with residents and guests in a community setting.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
