Property Summary:

Full Time Compliance Inspector needed for homeowners association property (HOA) management company.  

Job duties will include

Driving properties throughout area,
Documenting property code violations per restrictions per neighborhood. 
Use of technology to file reports
Report any suspicious issues that may be witnessed
Plus other work related tasks as needed

Qualifications
1 year inspection experience needed
Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.
Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.
