What the role is all about 

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Account Executive role will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and drive sales within the company. This role will be responsible for driving direct sales from both inbound and outbound leads, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless product onboarding process.

You will work alongside a high performance team of account executives & sales development representatives. This role will also be required to perform client demonstrations and training on all Realtair products, either face to face or virtually.

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline through all stages of the sales process.
  • Identify new business opportunities to sign on new Customers and drive strategic upsells.
  • Establish and manage relationships with key Customer contacts and/or executive management.
  • Manage contract negotiations to achieve the best outcomes for both parties.
  • Facilitate sales activities such as nurturing inbound and outbound leads, running product demonstrations and pitching to high value customers.
  • Understand each individual Customer’s business challenges and apply relevant sales methodologies to close deals.
  • Work with our Customer Success Team to ensure customer service excellence is maintained, and participate in renewal discussions to meet retention targets.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Team to develop and execute demand generation campaigns.
  • Work strategically with our Management team on sales forecasts, opportunities and problem resolution.

Who we’re looking for 

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, previous experience in B2B business development preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of sales methodologies, and a proven track record of consistently overachieving against sales targets.
  • Experience using modern CRM, Sales and Customer Success platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience building strong Customer and internal stakeholder relationships across all levels of an organisation.
  • Well developed business acumen and understanding of SaaS technologies and metrics.
  • Excellent communications skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate desired outcomes.
