Job Description
- To provide project management expertise to manage the ongoing coordination and implementation of the global RCM project.\
- To ensure the APAC RCM remains current, accurate and consistent with approaches taken in other jurisdictions.
- To be responsible for working with First and Second Lines of Defence to identify the key risks, controls and monitoring to be undertaken, to address the risks presented by the requirements the different business lines are subject to.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to the various Compliance Teams, (Compliance Oversight & Advice Teams, Regulatory Development Team, Monitoring & Testing, Central Compliance) and the 1LOD with the Control Standards and the Technology that relates to the 4 RCM pillars; Regulatory Content, Risk Assessments, Monitoring & Testing and Issues Management.
- Develop and maintain local procedures and approach documents with regards to the RCM framework and use of the RCM tool.
- Support the implementation and embedment of the Regulatory Content vendor into BAU activities.
- To provide relevant business manager support to APAC Compliance.
- Support the maintenance and updates to the Regulatory Content inventories for APAC, including the oversight and execution of change requests.
- Support the maintenance and submission of user access to key Compliance tools and share points.
- Reviewing, analyzing and mapping data.
- Produce MI and support the production of Governance Committee materials.
- Support the development and enhancement of insightful reporting and metrics.
- To take up any ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned from time to time.
