Schedule
This is a 36 hour per week schedule, working Thursdays & Fridays 7a-8p, Saturdays 8a-7p. This includes a generous shift differential and no on-call requirement!
Job Summary and Qualifications
Taking a patient centered approach, you will provide scanning services within professional standards and with excellent customer service.
- Screens patient before exam for any precautions or contradictions pertaining to examination
- Explains and prepares patients for scanning imaging procedures that will be performed
- Performs routine and advanced scanning imaging procedures on designated portions of the body for use by physicians
- Providing patient support by talking to patients throughout procedure
- Adjusts scanning scan parameters correctly and as needed, utilizing dose reduction techniques as appropriate
- Accurately maintains patient records within Radiology Information System (RIS)

Required:
- High School diploma, or equivalent
- Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography
- ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing
- Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Must have sufficient training and experience to competently perform CT procedures independently
- Certification in imaging specialty

What you'll do
- The CT Technologist will provide scanning services while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to professional standards. Responsibilities include screening patients, explaining procedures, performing imaging, and maintaining patient records.
