Expectations:

  • Commitment to Raymour and Flanigan's safety policies and procedures. Ensuring that associates and self are working safely at all times.

  • Interact with customers and contractors as well as overseeing all warehouse operations and creating a professional warehouse environment.
  • Hire, train, conduct performance appraisals and develop associates and supervisors.

  • Maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Three years in leading and developing warehouse teams, inventory and facilities management experience.
  • Coaching and training experience.
  • Work a Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to be highly productive for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
