About the Role

We’re seeking a seasoned Applied AI Researcher to join our fast-moving product and research team. This is a hands-on role where you'll explore and prototype cutting-edge AI solutions across LLMs, agentic systems, and generative models. You’ll work closely with our product teams to explore the boundaries of what’s possible in AI-enhanced B2B tools. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in the innovation and deployment of AI models capable of producing novel content such as text, speech, images, 3D assets etc., alongside utilizing machine learning methods to tackle intricate challenges in diverse fields. This position demands a profound grasp of AI advancements, inventive application of models, and a staunch dedication to the principles of ethical AI development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct applied AI/ML research across areas like LLMs, agentic systems, knowledge graphs, and multimodal learning

• Develop scalable prototypes to integrate with our core products

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product designers to convert research into production-ready tools

• Evaluate and fine-tune AI models (e.g. open-source LLMs, embeddings)

• Work in a collaborative, exploratory environment, contributing to long-term tech direction

• Stay informed on advancements in AI ethics and ensure models are developed and deployed responsibly
  
  
  

• 5+ years in AI/ML research, AI/ML engineering, or data science.

• Strong experience with LLMs, generative AI, or agentic systems

• Proficiency in Python and use of shared GPU/cloud environments.

• Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Operations Research, or similar

• Curiosity-driven mindset with a willingness to experiment and explore uncharted tech paths

• Prior experience shipping AI-integrated products is a strong plus

• Experience in fine-tuning models and data generation is a strong plus
