We’re now looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in game design and iGaming product development to help drive the delivery of our casino games. Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will include:
- Owning the product vision and roadmap for assigned iGaming products, including slot games and game features
- Translating game design concepts into clear, well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria
- Managing and prioritizing complex product backlogs in JIRA, ensuring alignment with business goals and player needs
- Designing and maintaining JIRA workflows that reflect the full game development lifecycle (design → development → QA → certification → release)
- Configuring issue types, statuses, screens, and fields to support game-specific needs such as math approval, art review, and compliance checks
- Managing Scrum and Kanban boards, swim lanes, filters, and reports to ensure transparency and accountability
- Setting up and maintaining JIRA automation rules, including notifications, transitions, and validations
- Working closely with game designers, developers, artists, and QA throughout the entire game lifecycle
- Leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and delivery ceremonies
- Reviewing game builds and providing structured feedback on gameplay, UX, performance, and overall quality
- Ensuring features meet regulatory, technical, and market requirements
- Using data, player feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Externally: Platform partners, aggregators, and other third-party stakeholders
- Internally: Close collaboration with all RAW teams, especially Game Design, Development, Mathematics, QA, and Commercial
Qualifications
You’re our ideal Product Owner if you:
- Take ownership, value quality, and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Have 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) within iGaming, gaming, or interactive entertainment
- Possess a strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, RTP, volatility, UX, and player engagement
- Have proven experience delivering casino games or game-related products
- Are highly proficient in JIRA, including backlog management, workflows, boards, reports, and integrations
- Are comfortable working in Agile / Scrum environments and leading delivery cycles
- Write clear, precise user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bring an analytical mindset with great attention to detail and quality
- Have experience with slot games or real-money gaming products
- Are familiar with iGaming platforms, aggregators, and regulatory constraints
- Have experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Understand game math or enjoy close collaboration with game mathematicians
- Are fluent in English
