Serás responsable de asegurar que la operación de Turbo Restaurantes funcione de manera ágil, eficiente y sin fricciones. Tu misión es capacitar y acompañar al personal del restaurante y a los repartidores para lograr entregas en 10 minutos, garantizando una operación impecable en tiempo real.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

🧩 Responsabilidades Principales

1. Asignación y Gestión de Órdenes

  • Asignar órdenes a repartidores Geo asegurando tiempos óptimos de entrega.

  • Dar soporte a órdenes que no puedan ser atendidas por repartidores externos y reasignarlas correctamente.

  • Realizar cancelaciones cuando el aliado no tiene producto disponible o la tienda se encuentra cerrada.

  • Mantener comunicación activa con los repartidores para agilizar la entrega y resolver bloqueos en tiempo real.

2. Soporte en Vivo a Tiendas Turbo

  • Brindar soporte operativo inmediato a las tiendas Turbo y restaurantes aliados.

  • Resolver incidencias operativas en tiempo real y asegurar el correcto flujo de pedidos.

  • Identificar tiendas con novedades o demoras y “apagar” temporalmente la operación hasta que la anomalía sea solucionada.

  • Actualizar y corregir horarios de apertura y cierre cuando sea necesario.

3. Gestión de Órdenes a través de LUPE

  • Administrar, monitorear y dar seguimiento a las órdenes a través de la plataforma Lupe.

  • Validar el flujo correcto de cada pedido y asegurar su entrega dentro del SLA.

4. Soporte en Vivo a Repartidores (RTs)

  • Brindar asistencia a los RTs en temas operativos, contacto con usuarios y resolución de incidencias relacionadas con pedidos.

  • Asegurar una experiencia fluida para el repartidor y el usuario final.

5. Reclutamiento y Asignación de RTs por Microzona

  • Reclutar y seleccionar Recursos de Transporte (RTs) para cubrir las microzonas asignadas.

  • Coordinar con RRHH para verificar perfiles y documentación requerida.

  • Asegurar que cada microzona cuente con la suficiente cobertura operativa para alcanzar el SLA de 10 minutos.

  • Fill rate de órdenes asignadas.

  • Tiempo promedio de entrega.

  • Tiempo de respuesta en soporte live.

  • Disponibilidad de microzonas (cobertura de RTs).

  • Órdenes afectadas por demoras o tiendas apagadas.

🔎 Requisitos

  • Bachiller, técnico o tecnólogo en áreas administrativas, logísticas u operativas.

  • Experiencia previa en operaciones, atención en vivo, logística o soporte en tiempo real (deseable).

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y solución de problemas.

  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en operación de alta velocidad.

  • Manejo básico de plataformas operativas (ERP, CRM, herramientas de soporte en vivo).

  • Proactividad, ownership y mentalidad de “resolver”.

  • Alta orientación a procesos y eficiencia.

  • Habilidad para analizar información en tiempo real y tomar decisiones rápidas.
