At Rappi, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Strategy Analyst to join our team. This role involves utilizing advanced analytical skills, developing analytical models to conduct data analysis for strategic purposes and derive actionable insights for Rappi's partner industries.

We are seeking a professional with a background in exact sciences such as economics, statistics, or engineering. Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, preferably Python, and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) is preferred.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Createanalysis  to support strategic decision-making for our partners and Rappi management;
• Build scalable tools and dashboards to boost efficiency and effectiveness for internal teams in generating insights for the company and Rappi's commercial partners;
• Play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project development by providing guidance, acting as a reliable source of expertise, offering valuable orientation into project complexity, providing actionable recommendations to enhance project outcomes, addressing potential bottlenecks, and coordinating effectively across teams;
• Deliver and interpret analytics model outcomes, aligning with business requirements, and efficiently managing substantial data volumes in a systematic manner;
• Ensure the successful delivery of our products, providing added value and exceeding our partners' expectations;
• Identify opportunities to improve the quality and performance of our products and reports, ensuring constant optimization;
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among teams by facilitating cross-functional dialogues, promoting a cohesive approach towards projects goals and shared success.

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Economists, Engineering or other related field;
• Globally located candidates accepted. Preference will be given to candidates in Brazil, Mexico or Colombia;
• Knowledge in SQL (required), Visualization Tools (required), and Python (desirable);
• Intermediate English (required), Basic Portuguese (desirable), Basic Spanish (desirable);
• Google Suite & MS Office;
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
