Liderar la estrategia y ejecución de Paid Media para todos los países donde Rappi opera, con el objetivo de atraer usuarios y órdenes en forma rentable y maximizando la calidad de los usuarios.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Liderar un equipo de ~20 personas (managers y analistas) expertos en Paid Media Marketing, incluyendo internos y externos (agencia).

  • Planeamiento y controlling de la ejecución del budget de paid media (7 cifras mensuales) en 9 países y múltiples canales (Social, Display, Search), tanto para esfuerzos de Performance como Branding.

  • Medir, analizar y reportar performance de las campañas de Marketing y su impacto en el negocio total.

  • Controlar la performance de los canales para alcanzar los objetivos de nuevos usuarios, órdenes y payback.

  • Definir y planear los OKRs del equipo y los canales trimestralmente para asegurar que el equipo llegue al objetivo.

  • Diseñar, proponer, ejecutar y medir nuevas estrategias y canales, probando su incrementalidad a través de Lift testing, A/B testing, geo-lift testing y atribución.

  • Trabajar en conjunto con áreas de producto y tecnología para definir los requerimientos y desarrollos que se necesitan para que los canales mejoren su performance y enriquezcan la estrategia de marketing.

  • Trabajar en conjunto con equipos locales (CMOs y Brand Managers de cada país) para adecuar la estrategia global a las realidades de cada mercado, asegurando crecimiento tanto global como local.

  • Trabajar en conjunto con áreas de Branding y Contenido para optimizar el proceso creativo, asegurando la calidad y efectividad de los anuncios que se pautan en cada canal y por ende el resultado de las campañas. Aportar el reporting adecuado para direccionar los esfuerzos creativos en términos de cantidad, calidad, formatos y frecuencia de cambio.

  • Trabajar en conjunto con partners externos de los canales y de tecnología.

  • Reportar directo al VP de Acquisition & Paid Media

Indicadores Clave de Desempeño (KPIs)

  • Nuevos usuarios, órdenes.

  • CAC y CPO

  • Payback de la inversión.

  • % de cumplimiento de metas trimestrales.

Formación Académica:

  • Ciencias exactas - ingeniería, Economía, Matemática y afines.

  • Posgrado deseable - MBA, posgrado en marketing, estudios en Marketing Digital.

Experiencia Laboral:

  • Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en performance marketing, en ambientes dinámicos y muy orientados a resultados.

  • Experiencia previa en liderazgo de equipos.

  • Experiencia previa en manejo y controlling de presupuestos grandes (al menos 6 cifras mensuales)

  • Experiencia previa en negocios de mobile/app es un plus.

  • Experiencia previa en roles regionales / multinacionales es un plus.

  • Experiencia previa en Marketplaces es un plus.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

  • Experiencia en manejo de plataformas de administración de anuncios y manejos de datos (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Firebase, Google Analytics, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs)

  • Manejo de paquete de Google Office, Microsoft Excel.

  • Dominio de métricas de rendimiento y análisis de datos de paid media / marketing digital

  • Preferencia por español nativo. Inglés [intermedio / avanzado]
