El Performance Manager será responsable de asegurar una ejecución impecable tanto de las iniciativas de Adquisición de usuarios como así también de las destinadas a crecer el LTV de los usuarios (CRM); a través de la coordinación con los squads de ejecución globales, impulsando eficiencia, automatización y experimentación continua.
El rol combina data analytics, optimización de performance, gestión de proyectos (PMO) y desarrollo de nuevas herramientas junto a los equipos globales. Buscamos a alguien con alta capacidad de articulación, pensamiento sistemático y profundo entendimiento de performance marketing.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Responsabilidades principales Garantizar una ejecución perfecta de las iniciativas locales coordinando el end-to-end de cada una. Actuar como PMO liderando la planificación, seguimiento y gobernanza de todo lo referente a la ejecución local, asegurando alineación entre equipos para evitar retrabajos o ineficiencias. Monitorear KPIs clave de performance e identificar oportunidades de optimización y alertas tempranas. Liderar la optimización creativa generando recomendaciones accionables a los equipos de marca. Generar recomendaciones de budget allocation basadas en análisis de performance y eficiencia. Impulsar y gestionar la experimentación continúa documentando aprendizajes y transformándolos en recomendaciones escalables. Desarrollar nuevas herramientas y capacidades que permitan mejorar el alcance y la conversión. Diseñar y liderar automatizaciones en los procesos que permitan la escalabilidad en la ejecución.

Perfil requerido Habilidades técnicas Dominio avanzado de análisis de datos. Metric driven decision-making. Conocimiento profundo de marketing de performance en diferentes plataformas. Capacidad demostrada de gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente. Conocimiento avanzado de Excel. Inglés intermedio. Habilidades blandas Pensamiento estructurado y capacidad de descomponer problemas complejos. Growth mindset y alto sentido de ownership. Capacidad de priorización y manejo de trade-offs. Curiosidad, mentalidad de experimentación y búsqueda constante de eficiencia. Capacidad para trabajar en entornos complejos y matriciales. Orientación a resultados con fuerte disciplina de seguimiento y ejecución. Experiencia 3–5 años en Performance Marketing. Experiencia previa en tech, marketplaces y/o e-commerce. Experiencia trabajando con equipos comerciales.
