· Transfer awarded estimates into HCSS HeavyJob to support job setup, budgeting, and ongoing cost control.
· Support the Operations Manager and Project Managers by identifying potential risks, assumptions, and mitigation strategies during preconstruction.
· Prepare and distribute estimate summaries, cost analyses, and supporting documentation to internal stakeholders.
· Assist with pre-construction deliverables, including bid packages, scopes of work, and project handoff documentation.
· Support proposal and bid submissions by attending pre-bid meetings, reviewing requirements, and providing estimating input.
· Collaborate with field personnel to validate production rates, methods, and real-world constraints, particularly for service and short-cycle work.
· Maintain professional knowledge of industry trends, materials, and estimating best practices.
· Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational priorities and business objectives.
