Position Summary:

The Enterprise Geospatial Systems Analyst (GIS Analyst) provides support for geospatial systems and processes used throughout our corporate and divisional offices on a daily basis. This position is housed in the IT department and reports to the IT PetroTechnical Applications Manager. The Analyst will be required to adapt and adjust to evolving technology and provide timely technical support to end-users across the company. As part of the support role, responsibilities also include in-person and remote training sessions for GIS users across the company to assure a high return on the investment in GIS infrastructure. This includes speaking and presenting in front of groups of users as well as being proactive about reaching out to users on a regular basis. This position is expected to meet high standards for customer service and professionalism. An employee in this position establishes and sustains close working relationships with internal business customers, IT staff, and other subject matter experts.
