The Product Management Intern will support RamSoft’s Product Management team in shaping the future of our cloud-native healthcare platform, OmegaAI, and our broader ecosystem, including Blume and PowerServer RIS/PACS.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full product development lifecycle within a leading organization that is redefining radiology workflow, patient engagement, and AI-driven imaging solutions.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, UX Design, Customer Experience, and Support to help ensure each product release improve customer outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities


Product Discovery & Analysis

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback from multiple sources.
  • Refine and develop user personas.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for OmegaAI feature enhancement and integration.
  • Support dual-track discovery by preparing input for prioritization and upcoming OKR cycles.
  • Document problem statements, user pain points, and potential impact metrics for proposed initiatives.

Requirements & Documentation

  • Contribute to drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes in Jira and Confluence.
  • Help maintain structured product documentation, including user workflows, regulatory references, and usability notes.
  • Support cross-functional reviews (Product–UX–QA) to ensure consistency between discovery findings and release deliverables.

Delivery & Roadmap Support

  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release tracking.
  • Monitor release progress, dependencies, and testing readiness for OmegaAI modules.
  • Collaborate with QA and Engineering to verify alignment between test cases and user acceptance criteria.

Metrics & Insights

  • Aggregate and visualize data to support quarterly OKR reviews and leadership reports.
  • Document insights and post-release outcomes to inform future prioritization cycles.

  • Gain direct exposure to real-world agile product management in a regulated healthcare environment.
  • Learn how to structure discovery and delivery using dual-track OKRs and RICE-based prioritization.
  • Understand how design, engineering, and regulatory disciplines intersect in medical software.
  • Contribute measurable outcomes to a globally deployed platform used by radiologists, clinicians, and patients worldwide.

 

Qualifications

Education:

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and research abilities; comfortable with Excel or data visualization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in healthcare technology, radiology, AI, or medical imaging workflows.

Soft Skills:

  • Curiosity and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to synthesize complex inputs into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized in documentation and follow-ups.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across multiple disciplines.

 

Duration & Compensation

  • Term: 4 months (Starting from May)
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
