Job Description
The Solution Architect is a hands-on, cross-functional problem solver responsible for translating complex business needs into executable solutions. This includes maintaining ownership of the BRFS process, designing system enhancements, validating configuration-based or workaround approaches, and coordinating implementation across teams. This role blends business analysis, solution design, systems thinking, and operational context to deliver sustainable, system-driven outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, document, and deliver enhancements to HEALTHsuite, eHealthsuite, and DASH through high-quality BRFS documentation
- Translate operational, regulatory, and client requirements into short- and long-term system changes
- Own the validation and implementation of manual workarounds, configuration updates, and automation tools such as UI Path
- Participate in solution intake, triage, and sprint planning with cross-functional teams
- Identify and activate underused system functionality to support efficiency and business needs
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Product, and Operations to ensure solutions are implemented correctly and sustainably
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or healthcare IT
- Strong understanding of system configuration, workflows, and specs
- Familiarity with payer operations and healthcare compliance preferred
- Clear, structured communication and problem-solving ability
