About this role

RAM is a project delivery firm specializing in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering and Advisory services across Canada. RAM is searching for a motivated and experienced individual in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will be an individual that enjoys a challenging, professional, and dynamic workplace and contributing to the success of a hardworking team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and administrative support to various projects and proposals, as required;
  • Support project teams to help achieve safety, quality, and commercial goals;
  • Work with Document Control to maintain an orderly and secure filing system for records;
  • Participate in development of construction estimates as required by department leads;
  • Project coordination (e.g., coordinating meetings, preparing meeting agendas, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, follow up on action items and deliverables, etc.);
  • Attend virtual an/or site meetings and communicate directly with clients, consultants, and contractors;
  • Creating detailed designs with support from a Sr. Engineer, including scope clarification, estimates, and calculations;
  • Perform general duties as required such as printing/plotting, transmittal preparation, project tracking updates, submitting drawings to client/contractor;
  • Prepare, compile, and review submittal packages (e.g., permit packages, engineered drawings, etc.); and
  • Assisting in the preparation of client proposals and support business development.
