Main Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordination of national and international transports
• Handling customs formalities and compliance with customs regulations
• Preparation and review of shipping documents
• Communication and negotiation with freight forwarders and logistics service providers
• Monitoring and optimization of supply chain processes
• Processing of complaints and claims
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of goods
• Collaborate in global teams

Requirements:

• Completed training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of freight forwarding and customs
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and common freight forwarding software
