- Embedded Firmware-Entwicklung und Firmware-Tests für innovative Messtechnik-Produkte
- Kontinuierliches Anpassen und Verbessern unserer Embedded-Firmware-Architektur
- Mitarbeit beim Erstellen der Firmware-Spezifikation sowie Dokumentation der Entwicklungsergebnisse
- Weiterentwicklung und Pflege bestehender Embedded-Firmware für intelligente Sensorsysteme
- Selbständige Mitarbeit im Rahmen von Entwicklungsprojekten
Ihr Profil
- Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Physik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Zwei bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Embedded-Firmware-Entwicklung
- Kenntnisse in der strukturierten Firmware-Programmierung
- Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in C/C++; Kenntnisse in Python und Assembler sind wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in industriellen Kommunikationsprotokollen (IO-Link, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET bevorzugt)
- Erfahrung mit Tools zur Firmware-Versionsverwaltung (GIT)
- Fachkenntnisse in der Signalverarbeitung, Mikrocontrollerarchitekturen sowie Grundkenntnisse in Elektrotechnik
- Erfahrungen mit Microcontroller-Familien STM8 und STM32 sind wünschenswert
- Interesse und Erfahrung im praktischen Umgang mit Künstlicher Intelligenz, insbesondere zur Effizienzsteigerung in Entwicklungsprozessen, wünschenswert
- Team- und ergebnisorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
- Kulturelle Aufgeschlossenheit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen im internationalen Umfeld
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What you'll do
- The role involves developing and testing embedded firmware for innovative measurement technology products and continuously improving the embedded firmware architecture. The engineer will also contribute to firmware specifications and documentation while maintaining existing firmware for intelligent sensor systems.
