Major Duties
- Procurement and invoice payment management using the ROS ordering and payment system
- Facility fixed asset management (capitalization assessment, fixed asset ledger management, and inventory control)
- Budget management
- Procurement process management
- Budget-related administrative support

- Ongoing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and automation through the use of AI and other technologies.
- A project is anticipated from the coming summer to design and implement internal processes aligned with the transition to a new ordering and payment system.
