Position Details
- UI design of Rakuten ecosystem-related products and services
- UI proposals or renovations that solve customer and vicines issues based on hypotheses
- Create, supervise, and supervise visuals that match the service
Concept art, key visual production
- Prototyping to quickly verify value propositions and usability, and to promote team communication and decision-making
- Illustrations and pictogram production necessary for web page design
Creative production necessary for marketing and promotion
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Essential Skills/Experience
- Strategic design proposal ability
- App, mobile and web design experience
- Familiarity with UI design and prototyping tools
- High communication and presentation skills
- Feedback skills
- Japanese language skills (business-level conversation, reading and writing)
- Sensitive to new design tools and trends
Design Thinking mindset
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience related to user surveys and user interviews
- Knowledge and experience of personas and key journeys
- Knowledge of design guidelines such as Material Design and Human Interface Design
- Knowledge and experience with DTP
- Knowledge and experience with Motion Graphic
- Knowledge and experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery
