About this role

An exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Systems Development team as a CSD Operations Analyst on a fixed term basis (12 months) based in our Darlington office (hybrid working).

The Role

You will support the Finance team and related functions by providing, testing and supporting bespoke and third‑party applications, ensuring data and reporting are reliable, timely and high‑quality You will be the trusted go‑to for timely issue resolution, maintaining high levels of communication and collaboration across teams.

The Person

We are looking for a proactive, service‑minded applications specialist with strong analytical skills. You will bring a proven professional Microsoft Systems and IT background, with good knowledge of SQL Server and practical experience using SQL Server Management Studio. You will be comfortable partnering with Finance stakeholders to define and deliver reporting and self‑service solutions; experience building reports in Power BI is preferred but not essential, and familiarity with C# and VBA would be advantageous but is not required.
