Telcom is a carrier for voice and data services, targeting the business-to-business market. Our robust ICT infrastructure equips us to directly manage fibre services of up to 1 Gigabit to companies across all sectors and industries.
We offer a full service wrap including Direct Managed Fibre, Business Broadband, MPLS, SD WAN, Cloud Telephony, SIP/VoIP, ISDN Voice Calls.
Telcom’s support centre is staffed live by qualified engineers who have full visibility from the user’s desk to the end termination, providing a complete end-to-end solution from one support centre.
The Telecoms Support Engineer will work as part of Telcom’s Technology & Data team, providing day-to-day support for business voice and data services. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in IT or telecoms who wants to build experience across PBX, VoIP, and networking technologies in a hands-on environment.
You’ll assist senior engineers with installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance across Avaya, 3CX, and Microsoft Teams systems, as well as network routers, switches, and firewalls in customer and Telcom environments.
