Summary:

The temporary IT Administrative Support role is a dependable, detail-oriented position focused on document handling and file processing. The role requires accuracy, strong organization, and the ability to follow established procedures.

Essential Functions: 

  • Prepare, process, and manage letter requests according to internal guidelines
  • Run files through designated software systems to process and generate required outputs
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of files, letters, and system-generated data
  • Perform letter auditing, ensuring formatting, content, and data accuracy
  • Upload, download, send, and receive files via SFTP, following security protocols
  • Organize, track, and maintain electronic and/or physical files
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, with functional area (including FDCPA laws and state laws) to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and with Company policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular attendance and timeliness which are required due to the production-based nature of the business and client requirements
  • Provide proactive feedback to management concerning potential problems, errors, and recommendations for improvement.  Recommend process improvements for efficiencies and best practices
  • Adhere to all Company, Client and Consumer confidentiality and security policies and procedures 

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent GED
  • Minimum 2-3 Years of related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to follow step-by-step procedures
  • Familiarity with document processing software is a plus
  • Experience with SFTP or secure file transfer systems preferred (training may be provided)
  • Good written communication and organizational skills

Working Conditions

Work is generally performed within an indoor office environment utilizing standard office equipment. This is a remote position, subject to Work at Home requirements.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit at a computer for extended periods of time and to type using a keyboard. This role requires frequent use of hands and fingers to operate computers and related equipment, reach with hands and arms, and visually review information on a screen. The employee must be able to accurately input data and navigate computer systems.

Some flexibility in hours allowed but must be available during the department’s scheduled hours and guidelines.
