Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and properly arranged at all times.
• Check on guests during service to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Process bills and payments when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Comply with company policies and appearance standards.

• Open to Saudi and non-Saudi candidates.
• Previous experience as a waitress is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
