Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager who brings creativity, strategic thinking, and strong execution skills to grow our digital presence, strengthen brand voice, and engage our online community.

You are imaginative, organized, and data-driven—someone who understands how compelling content and consistent engagement drive brand awareness, loyalty, and business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.

  • Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others as relevant.

  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content, including posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.

  • Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent messaging and timely campaigns.

  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with the online community.

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Manage paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.

  • Coordinate with marketing, creative, and operational teams to support campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.

  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.

  • Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

  • Experience with content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic or video editing tools.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret insights and optimize performance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and brand sensitivity.
