Job Description
The Hair Stylist / Back up Receptionist is an ambassador of our values, combines superior guest service with forward- thinking management and always strives to bring the best out in the team.
• The Hair Stylist / Back up Receptionist has a thorough knowledge of all guest services and performs professional Hair Services and Treatments
The Hair Stylist / Back up Receptionist projects enthusiasm and inspires engagement in working in a multi-cultural environment resulting in a positive and healthy team culture
The Hair Stylist / Back up Receptionist possesses excellent verbal communication skills to ascertain and provide solutions for all the guests needs
• The Hair Stylist / Back up Receptionist is self-motivated to achieve financial and operational goals and is committed to personal and professional growth and development
Qualifications
Hair Stylist Diploma with Red Seal Trade Test (minimum 3 yrs. course),
Experience required of at least 2 years in a luxury Salon environment. (Previous experience at a Resort environment or Cruise Ship is advantageous)
Confident and competent to perform all hair and barbering services and treatments, and home-care recommendations.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language Experienced in Spa software management (ChiDesk advantageous, Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and professional email etiquette
