As an Engineering Creative (Painter), you play a vital role in ensuring our properties deliver an experience beyond expectation, creating memorable moments for our guests.

• Supports the smooth running of the property maintenance department, ensuring all painting and finishing work is maintained to the highest standards
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to painting and maintenance requests.
• Completes planned and reactive painting tasks in guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas
• Ensures surfaces, finishes and decor are well maintained and visually appealing
• Uses materials and equipment safely and efficiently
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
• Assists with planned preventative maintenance related to painting and general upkeep

• Proven experience in property maintenance with excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
