This role is responsible for developing Regional Account Management individuals and teams to maximize their contributions, drive success, and foster career growth.</p><p></p><p><b><u>See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Set clear goals and expectations for Regional Account Managers; regularly review progress, celebrate successes, and identify areas for improvement. </p></li><li><p>Achieve strategic sales call cadence objectives for in-person meetings, video conferences, and phone calls with customers, prospects and key contacts, in alignment with management expectations. </p></li><li><p>Execute and manage strategies to maximize economic value (EV), including expanding market share with existing customers. </p></li><li><p>Maintain effective working relationships with assigned customers and key/primary contacts. </p></li><li><p>Conduct monthly meetings with each Regional Account Manager to review goals, discuss customer strategies and challenges, share innovative ideas, and provide guidance, feedback, and resources. </p></li><li><p>Collaborate across departments, including Sales Operations, Client Solution Account Specialists, Risk Management, and Loss Mitigation, to support strategies and optimize outcomes. </p></li><li><p>Ensure accuracy of all customers and contact records.</p></li><li><p>Analyze data into actionable business insights. </p></li><li><p>Participate in leadership development opportunities and apply learned skills to daily activities. </p></li><li><p>Regularly operate in the field making sales calls with Regional Account Managers (RAMs) and coaching them based on observations and expectations.</p></li><li><p>Develop relationships with key executives of the top customers in the region.  </p></li><li><p>Foster a culture that reinforces company values, respects team members, and encourages communication, collaboration, and innovation.</p></li><li><p>Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>See the Job Specifications</b></u></p><p></p><p><b>Your Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience</b>:</p><ul><li><p>Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience</p></li><li><p>Work Experience: 8 or more years of prior work experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Qualifications :</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong sales, customer service, and relationship management skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to build and execute a business plan.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work autonomously and meet client/transaction deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Strong presentation/public speaking skills</p></li><li><p>Emotional intelligence and presence. </p></li><li><p>Strategic thinking and innovation. </p></li><li><p>Team development and coaching. </p></li><li><p>Relationship management. </p></li><li><p>Cross-functional collaboration. </p></li><li><p>Commitment to Company values and culture.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>See Why You Should Work With Us</b></u></p><ul><li><p><b><span>Competitive Compensation</span></b><span>: anticipated <span>base salary </span></span><span>from $126,000 to $180,000</span><span> based on skills and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive program and long term incentive program. </span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Rest and Relaxation.</span></b> <span>This role is <span>eligible for 30</span></span><span> days of paid time off annually</span><span>, which is prorated in the year of hire based on hire date. In addition, based on your hire date, you will be eligible for 9 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays.
