Professional will work from home using their own equipment and will complete work at their own convenience. 25-30 hours per week is expected during increased business periods<p><u><b>See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities</b></u></p><ul><li>Perform quality control valuation reviews of residential broker price opinion (BPO) reports completed nationally by real estate agents. </li><li>Review photos, comments, and comparable information reported by the real estate agent in order to accept an appropriate value on the residential property.</li><li>Consider market trending and market sales influence when completing reviews.</li><li>Distinguish inconsistencies that may affect changes or influence the value of the property.</li><li>Provide brief and concise written analysis that can be interpreted by any end user or reader, as well as provide supporting commentary for the written analysis.</li></ul><p><br /><u><b>See the Job Specifications</b></u><br /><br /><b>Knowledge:</b></p><ul><li>Working knowledge of BPO review and comparable market analysis.
