We are looking for a Tech Lead who is people focussed, result driven and user-oriented for the Area IAM4Employees. This Area delivers IAM services for all employees of Rabobank.

You & Your function

Identity & Access Management is key for Rabobank. Mission of Tribe IAM is to ensure employees and machines have access to the right assets at the right time, for the right reasons in a simple, user-friendly and secure manner. Purpose of the Area IAM4Employees  is to provide easy consumable, standardized and secure IAM Services for employees.  

The Area is steered by the Area Triangle; the Area Leads represents the business and is responsible for the delivery roadmap and is manager of the product owners, the Business Architect provides the architectural vision. The Tech Lead is responsible for the tech capabilities, resourcing, budget, risks and capabilities of the squads; 

• Access Management 4 Employees (4 squads) 

• Authentication 4 Employees 

• Identity&Account Management 4 Employees 

• User Interface 4 IAM Desks 

You & Your responsibilities

You continuously interact with your environment to ensure the right assets are provided. In collaboration with the Area Lead and the Business Architect, you ensure prioritization, roadmap delivery and optimal contribution to Rabobank’s strategic goals. Within the Area Triangle you serve as the main IT delivery expert 

• Define and execute  the IT delivery vision and strategy for IAM4Employees by co-creation 

• Pro-actively manage the risks and budget for your IT assets 

• Provide the squads with the right capabilities by continuously skill development 

• Serve as hierarchical manager for around 45 colleagues 

• Advance DevOps maturity

You & Your talent  

• Academic thinking and work level with preferably a Master degree in a relevant field of expertise.  

• Professional with 10+ years of relevant work experience (incl. working in Simplify@Scale environment)  

• Experience with leading and building (onshore/offshore) DevOps teams 

• Creates, facilitates, and inspires high performing teams and is focused on the development of the team to achieve results together 

• At least 5 year of (managerial) experience 

• Excellent communication in Dutch and English is required 

• Experience with IT management and development processes 

• Coaching (Practitioner) 

• Judgement & Decision making (Practitioner) 

• Agility (Master) 

• Complex problem solving (Master)
