About the role | Mō te tūranga
We are seeking an Executive Business Partner to Support our New Zealand Chief Executive Officer to execute Rabobank New Zealand’s strategy.
This is a 10-month Fixed Term Contract to provide parental cover.
The role of Executive Business Partner to the CEO at Rabobank NZ includes:
Managing the office of the Chief Executive Officer by providing exceptional executive support aligned with the CEO’s strategic objectives.
Supporting the partnership with the Chairman and independent directors by providing excellent business & administrative support.
Managing the support model for the Board of Directors.
Identifying and build effective relationships both internally and externally with a variety of key stakeholders, recognising the importance of first impressions for the Rabobank image/identity and that of the CEO and Chairman.
Serving as a technical lead for, and manager of, small projects.
This role incorporates the responsibility of ensuring the professional provision of service to the CEO and Board Directors (as required).
About you | Ō pūkenga
To be successful in this role it’s vital that you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will enjoy building meaningful relationships as you will work with employees, stakeholders and clients in and out of the organisation, locally and across the globe.
Critical to this role are exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills. We’d expect that you have held senior roles across the executive level support and corporate services landscapes.
You will be well versed at providing assistance at a CEO, board level and will be experienced in organising workshops and meetings, including preparation and distribution of professional papers, presentations or reports.
It would be appealing to us if you have experience in banking or financial services and have a real affinity with or are connected to New Zealand’s rural sector.
