The Technology Deployment team’s mission is to implement R1’s product suite for our clients in a timely, quality-driven manner.  The Program Manager plays a critical role in such success, as they are charged with being the primary Technology Deployment representation for an end-to-end engagement for both for the client and within R1.  They are charged with working seamlessly as a part of the broader Customer Onboarding process, strategizing prioritization and coordination with clients.  They will be able to speak to key details of all inflight work for their client via a singular, cohesive, communication plan, and leverage that to help drive to successful, on-time deployments.  They will also be instrumental in contributing to regular report outs of the overall Technology Deployment portfolio, used for internally for matters of revenue forecasting, budgeting, and other administrative needs. 

Essential Responsibilities 

  • Work with Commercial and Customer Onboarding teams as new and existing engagements are sold, to contribute to technology assessments, statements of work, and initial discovery. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, (Deployment/Service Deliver Excellence) to plan deployment strategies, project plans and identify initial risks to mitigate prior to kickoff. 
  • Align with R1 project sponsors on communication plans for engagements, to ensure a unified approach to client interactions and report outs. 
  • Work with assigned project managers over the course of the engagement to identify risks, opportunities for acceleration, and creation of plans to resolve blockers that arise. 
  • Lead recurring client meetings (Specific to Technology) and be accountable for the regular distribution of project updates to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Provide recurring reporting and analytics of the Technology Deployment project portfolio from Salesforce. 
  • Assist in the creation and ongoing improvement of the Program Management methodology, to help keep pushing the team towards a “best of the best” mindset. 

Skills 

  • Salesforce and Aprika Mission Control expertise is highly desired. 
  • Strong history of success in project management. 
  • Experience in program management is ideal but not required. 
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, and the ability to leverage that into creative problem solving. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator, comfortable interacting successfully with all levels of an organization (up to and including C-level leadership). 
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $66,185.60 - $114,114.48 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
