Deine Aufgaben
- Laufende und projektbezogene rechtliche Beratung in den Bereichen M&A und Gesellschaftsrecht unter enger Einbindung in unsere Praxisgruppe M&A / Corporate
- Rechtlichen Strukturierung und Durchführung von nationalen und internationalen Unternehmenstransaktionen (Buy-Side & Sell-Side)
- Durchführung und Koordination von Due-Diligence-Projekten sowie die Erstellung von Kaufverträgen und Transaktionsdokumenten
- Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Mandanten bei komplexen Umstrukturierungen und gesellschaftlichen Fragestellungen
- Unterstützung des Teams bei der stetigen Weiterentwicklung unserer Praxisgruppe
Dein Profil
- Hervorragende juristische Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Beratungsumfeld
- Fundierte Fachexpertise im Bereich Gesellschaftsrecht und M&A sowie ein ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Freude an der Beratung unserer Mandanten sowie an der Mandantenakquise
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Professionelles Auftreten sowie eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
