Key Responsibilities

• Análisis de incidentes de calidad reportados por la fábrica. 

• Gestionar la organización de la protección del cliente 

• Gestionar el incumplimiento de los proveedores: abrir una No Conformidad, validar las causas y el plan de acción del proveedor, seguimiento de las acciones y acuerdos.

• Realizar auditorías al proveedor en su proximidad 

• Pilotar reuniones con cliente para establecer acción / plazo / responsable del análisis de las reclamaciones de cliente.

  • Conocimiento de herramientas de calidad 8D, Ishikawa…
  • Habilidades para el análisis de problemas. 
  • Conocimientos intermedios de francés. 
  • Conocimientos avanzado de inglés. 
  • Interpretación de planos piezas automoción
  • Conocimientos de software ofimático (EXCEL, POWERPOINT, WORD, etc.)
