Roles & Responsibilities:
- To be able to provide tailored digital solutions to client in oil & gas space
- Ability to read and understand PFD and P&IDs
- Preparation of a complete information database from client’s documents with various linkages
- Access and review all the documents collected to identify the Tags and prepare Master Tag List
- Link the documents to relevant objects, Capture all the tags and equipment about the object
- Planning, Scheduling, and Monitoring Project activities and reporting the same to concerned stakeholders
- Knowledge and proven application experience with project Document and Data management associated with Oil and Gas green field brownfield projects
- Data analysis using smart tools
- Data management and transition from different client systems like Livelink & Share Point
Work Experience
Desired skills:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any engineering discipline
- Minimum 15 years’ experience with Oil & Gas projects background
- Experience in handling medium to large projects
- Must have been leading large team of engineers in his/her current role
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Experience in project management with robust governance system
- To be able to utilize technical expertise to secure more projects through ongoing and pilot initiatives
- Comprehend customer requirements and onboard suitable talents to deliver projects as needed
- To take accountability for team deliverables (On time delivery, quality & productivity)
- To be able to cultivate strong relationships with clients
- Conduct RCA on customer escalations
- Maintain regular communication with direct reports. Hold regular team meetings to disseminate company and immediate organizational updates.
- Set a positive example for the rest of the team/organization
