Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the works executed at site by vendor / supplier is in-line with the cost, quality, time, HSE

framework agreed as part of Tender, PO/WO and GFC documentation.

2. Coordinate with design & engineering consultants to endure timely resolution of any design related

queries raised by vendor / supplier.

3. Review and certify the works executed by vendor /supplier required for processing payments by client.

4. Manage the change control mechanism including preparation of variation order in consultation with

design & engineering consultants and approval by client.

5. Collate necessary information from vendors/ supplier to prepare regular cash flow forecast to client.

6. Report to client on regular basis on the progress of works. The report to provide cost, quality, time,

HSE and risk identification and treatment information.

7. Coordinate with Vendor /Supplier close to completion of works on Testing & commissioning and

handover requirements.

8. Preparing a Handover and Close-out programme in coordination with vendor/supplier and Client’s RE

and facility team.

STAGE 06: HANDOVER & CLOSEOUT

1. Prepare snag list and monitor status for timely resolution and obtain final sign-off from Client’s RE /

Facility team.

2. Monitor the Handover and Closeout programme.

3. Work with Client's RE team to ensure timely financial closure of project. This will include:

a. Preparation and obtaining approval of client on final variation orders

b. Review and certify final bills

c. Coordinate with vendor I supplier for submitting documentation required by Client for financial

closure.

4. Coordinate with vendor/ supplier for preparing as-built information and submission of handing over

documents.

5. Arrange for workshop by vendor / supplier and Design & engineering consultant for Client’s Facility

team for smooth handover, operations of facility and feedback for in-use stage of project.
