Job Title: Global Curriculum Owner
Job Type: Permanent
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Curriculum Owner to join our team. As the Global Curriculum Owner, you will be responsible for developing and managing the curriculum for our organization on a global scale. This role requires a strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with Oil & Gas domain subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging and effective learning materials related Oil & Gas industry standards
- Manage the development and maintenance of all training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and assessments
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum to ensure it meets the needs of our global workforce
- Stay current on Oil & Gas industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design

Work Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in (Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical) with relevant service in Oil & Gas or Energy or a related field
- Experience in analysing the training needs for curriculum development in Oil & Gas domain.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems is added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management and Technical writing skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
