経験を積んだエンジニアとして、顧客からの要件を把握し、複雑で要件が多いシステムをオンサイトおよびオフショアのチームメンバーと緊密に連携し、開発作業を進めることが求められます。

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced software professional with a proven track record in developing applications using C/C++ on Linux Platform. As an experienced engineer, you should have the skills to capture the requirements from customers, work closely with onsite and offshore team members to develop complex and demanding systems.

［本職務の目的］Objectives of this Role

• 顧客指定の拠点で作業を行い、顧客およびオフショアのチームとやり取りを行う
• 顧客と緊密に協力し、要件の把握と開発するソフトウェアシステムの改善に努める
• オフショア/ニアショア開発チームの推進
• オフショアチームと緊密に協力し、要件に関する情報をやりとりし、スケジュールに沿った開発と品質を維持したソフトウェアの実装を行う
• 要件の把握から最終的な納品まで開発の完全なオーナーシップ

• Work at customer site and interact with customer and offshore team
• Collaborate closely with the customer to capture the requirements and challenges for improving their software systems
• Drive the offshore/near shore development team
• Collaborate closely with offshore team to communicate the requirements and implement the software adhering to schedule and quality
• Complete ownership of the development from requirement capture till final delivery

［業務内容］ Responsibilities

• 顧客指定の拠点にて顧客のソフトウェアフレームワークおよびツールを用いて、ソフトウェアシステムの設計、開発、テストを行う
• ソフトウェア開発のオンサイトブリッジエンジニアおよびコーディネーター業務に就く
• チームのパフォーマンスを妨げる問題の解決をスムーズに行うため、チームとクライアントの間でアライメントを形成する
• 日本における顧客との関係の構築および育成
• 要件の把握、解析
• オフショアからの問い合わせについて、顧客とのコンサルテーションの中で解決させる
• オフショアの作業成果物のレビューを実行し、品質を保証する
• スケジュール内で十分な品質の作業成果物を提供する
• 求めに応じた進捗、リスク、問題の顧客への報告
• QAテストの顧客サポート

• Design, develop and test software systems using customer’s software frameworks and tools from customer site
• Play onsite Bridge Engineer role and coordinator role for software development
• Creating alignment between the team and client to help unblock issues that impede the team’s performance
• Building and nurturing relationships with our clients in Japan
• Capture requirements, analyze requirements 
• Clarify queries from offshore in consultation with customer
• Perform reviews of offshore work products and ensure its quality
• Deliver quality work products within schedule
• Report progress, risks and problems to customer as required
• Support customer in QA testing

• CまたはC++でプログラムした経験

• Experience in developing software for Linux Operating System
• Experience in programming with C or C++
• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle

• Experience in version control systems like git, svn
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing domain
• Experience SEMI conductor industry standards like SECS/GEM, EDA
• Experience in Equipment (Machine) control software development
• Knowledge in Socket programming, Multi-threading, Inter Process Communication (IPC)
• Experience in shell scripting (Shell/Bash)
