Key Responsibilities
［業務内容］ Responsibilities
- 次期戦闘機 (GCAP) への搭載が計画されている、装備品（電装品）を対象とした耐空性認証（開発、製造）、および国・当局による事業場認定（開発、製造、整備・修理）を対象とした生産体制の構築・維持、これらに関わる業務全般を担います。
- 国が定めた航空法規（法規・細則、当局要求）や関連法規へ適合すべく、公知規格やガイドラインなどに沿って、開発と製造および整備・修理の分野において事業化を目指します。 （航空法規は、欧州法規に準拠した国内法規が適用されます。）
- 社内では技術や品質など複数部門と、社外では国・当局やパートナー企業など、国内・海外（イギリス、イタリア）を問わず、多くの関係者や関係機関との業務が見込まれます。
防衛分野ですが、民間分野での知見を活かすことができます。

Work Experience

■必須要件■ Must Have
下記いずれかの実務経験。
- 航空機搭載装備品の耐空性認証（または航空機の型式証明）: ARP 4761, ARP 4754, DO-178, DO-254, DO-297, DO-326
- 事業場認定（EASA PART 21, PART 145 (M)、FAAでも可）: DOA (Design), POA (Production), MOA (Maintenance)
- セルフスターター、協調性、誠実さ、謙虚さ
- コミュニケーション力（協議・調整、教育・評価）
■尚可要件■ Good to Have - 英語：Businessでの使用経験がある方
- 「志」、「謙虚さ」、「ハングリー精神」の3つの理念に共感いただける方
- 次期戦闘機という国家巨大プロジェクトに、熱意とやりがいを持っていただける方

- The role involves establishing and maintaining production systems for airworthiness certification of equipment planned for the next-generation fighter aircraft.
