About this role

The Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineering is a key technology leader responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI and machine learning solutions that enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This leader translates AI strategy into actionable engineering execution, ensuring all AI solutions meet healthcare industry compliance, Responsible AI, and interoperability standards while advancing enterprise adoption of Machine Learning (ML) and GenAI technologies.  This role leads teams in building secure, compliant, and scalable AI infrastructure that powers clinical decision support, population health, RCM automation, and digital patient experiences.

The position is based at Quest's Schaumburg, IL, location.
